Sabbath by the Sea

Sabbath times allow time for rest and renewal, for the discovery of new insights that can lead to healthier living patterns. It provides time and space for revivifying physical, spiritual and psychological energies. Sabbaticants create their own program by selecting from our extensive program calendar of workshops, mini-courses and retreats. Besides the selected programs, spiritual guidance and integration sessions are available.

Rates noted above include room and board, tuition charges for all programs and spiritual direction. Weekly Reiki / Reflexology sessions are offered at an additional fee.

If you are interested in coming to the Seton Spirituality Centre for a Sabbatical in the near future contact us as soon as possible, as accommodations are limited to 5 sabbaticants.
